Our "loves"

Specifically, this car has its “roots” in England and the year of production in 1918. It is the oldest vehicle in our club. It was bought from a veteran who decided to dispose of his models to admire other veterans. It is of great interest because its appearance is unique. He has wooden wheels. Enough complicated driving is because the pedals along with the handbrake are shifting speeds. The middle pedal is a return. Right pedal brake. Under the steering wheel on the right side is the gas and on the left side the ignition is set according to the terrain in which the car is driving.

His purchase was accompanied by modern computer technology because we found it by chance on the Internet. Originally a Belgian car, but we bought it in Poland. It was built in 1924 and is after renovation.

One stop at one stop we stopped at a gas station where a car was nearby. We did not give us the right auctor to get through the cars. Suddenly we saw a abandoned and quite neglected car beneath the tree, which did not work anymore. The word gave the word and the owner sold the car to us and we rebuilt it to its present form. If we imagine it could have been “after it”, because it would have been ruined and we “saved” it, we are especially proud of this model.

This model is a great dream for all veterans …. we have won him after a great deal of effort. The owner has devoted himself to historic vehicles and, in particular, to the collection of “modeling models”. His great liking was the models of sanitariums that were in their original condition. In the family of the owner was the handing over of “craft” by heritage and after my dad, who was also an ambulance, after repeated persuasion we finally got the ambulance.

This veteran is our first “love”. It’s the car that was at the beginning of our veteran activity. It is the first veteran of the Zemplín Veteran Club and its purchase was actually a coincidence. It has a high technical level even though it dates back to 1973. The car has a five-speed gearbox, two carburettors, disc brakes and high performance.

After thorough research, we learned that the vehicle was not found in Sobrance and later we found that it was even exhibited in the Piestany Spa in the lobby. The original owner gave the car to her neteri and she just put it on an exhibition in Piešťany. However, as Zemplínčanka’s heart is, the car decided to come again to the heart of Zemplín. The car is after a complete renovation.
